This cake was made for Greg's dad for his birthday. His grandchildren call him "Bear" and that's how I came up with the name of this cake.

Greg was the one that helped me come up with the flavor profile. I made an chocolate peanut butter pie with Oreo crust that his dad really liked. So, we took each of the elements apart and created a cake. The style of this cake was inspired by the famous Milk Bar in New York. This was the first time creating a stacked cake like this. In order to create this cake I used a cake round and some acetate. 

The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. Another technique in the books.
