This was my first time making Italian meringue buttercream. It wasn't that difficult but it did take quite a bit of time. I even broke the meringue a little, but good old YouTube showed me a way to recover from it. As for the design, a few of my Instagram inspirations have been doing this concrete and more industrial look which I love. So I tried to recreate the look the way I thought they might do it and I think I was pretty successful. The only thing I still need to master is, tempering my chocolate. |
